We have updated our routing configuration and traffic is flowing normally again. Most users should see service restored.
We are continuing to work with our network provider to reach a final resolution to the underlying issue and will post a follow-up once that is complete.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing degraded service affecting the Spond platform. Users may encounter increased latency, errors, or intermittent unavailability.
Our investigation indicates the issue originates with a third-party network provider in our infrastructure path. We are actively working on resolving the issue, and will update as soon as we have more information.
